Dominique Thorne wrapped up MCU’s film Black Panther

On months of filming for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Ironheart actress Dominique Thorne confirms she’s wrapped up for the movie. The movie is currently to be premiered in November 2022. Wakanda Forever is a highly awaited movie, sequel to Black Panther, 2018.

The director, Ryan Coogler along with previous film’s cast like Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Letitia Wright, Winston Duke, Martin Freeman, and Angela Bassett returned. The grieving part is Black Panther 2 will be without it’s leading cast, Chadwick Boseman as we lost him in 2020.

Plot of the Black Panther 2 is still a mystery although there are a lot of rumors and story lines that fans have made along side of many storylines that could be covered in the story. Marvel has not spoken a word on it even though fans’ anticipation keeps sliding on the edge.

Speaking of cast, new names have been added to the MCU as Michaela Coel got included in Black Panther 2, the role still remains unrevealed. In addition to this, Thorne makes her debut as Riri Williams also known as Ironheart. She also has a Disney+ premiered show which’s release date is yet not confirmed.

Wakanda Forever has endured quite a bit over the last year in its making. It started filming in last June but there was an on-set injury of Wright, also a controversy over Wright’s vaccination status. There was a lot of talk including Black Panther 2’s delay but after today’s post of Thorne, it’s safe to assume Wakanda Forever’s long journey has almost completed its making journey.
