Grimes and Elon Musk welcomed their new baby in December 2021, keeping it a secret till now. The baby news comes as a surprise as Elon and Grimes spilt last year. The news was revealed in a Vanity fair interview by Grimes also known as Claire Boucher. Elon and grimes had the baby in December 2021 via surrogate. It’s a girl!
During the Vanity fair interview, the interviewer heard the baby and rightfully assumed about Grimes welcoming another child with well-known Elon Musk. The baby’s name is Exa Dark Sideræl Musk, nick naming her “Y”. Elon and Grimes also share a son, “X Æ A-Xii”, they call him X.
She shared the Vanity Fair Cover on social media platform, where the cover mentions Grimes as, “The Visionary Pop Star talks about Futurism, Her Growing Family and Life on Mars”.
In the Vanity Fair cover, Claire aka Grimes also revealed the significance of her daughter’s name, EXA is a reference to supercomputing term Exaflops (the ability to perform 1 quintillion floating-point operations per second).
