Welcome to an early peek at the Netflix Originals that will be available on Netflix worldwide (unless otherwise noted) in April 2022. There are a lot of new movies and series to look forward to, so let’s dive right into what’s coming up.
For those who are unfamiliar with how our previews function. We’ll start with this piece, which breaks down all of the announced Netflix Originals arriving in April 2022. We’ll then have separate previews for everything that will be available on Netflix in the US and the UK at a later date.
The Home Edit Can Help You Get Organized (Season 2) New episodes of the Hello Sunshine series (produced by Reese Witherspoon) that aims to clean people’s homes with the assistance of skilled house cleaners Clea Shearer and Joanna Teplin. The film will be released on Netflix on April 1st.
The Scandal’s Anatomy : In the middle of the month, a new anthology series based on Sarah Vaughan’s novel will be released. This new British crime series is created by the same person who created Big Little Lies and The Undoing.
The cast includes Sienna Miller, Michelle Dockery, Rupert Friend, and Naomi Scott. On Netflix on April 15th.
Choose or perish: This horror film, formerly known as CURS>R, will star Sex Education’s Asa Butterfield in the starring role. Here’s what to expect from the upcoming film: Coming Soon to Netflix: The 15th of April
Along for the Ride: Based on the Sarah Dessen novel, Sofia Alvarez will write and direct this feature picture, which will be released at the end of April. More about Along for the Ride can be found in our dedicated preview, but here’s a breakdown of what you can expect: Netflix will release it on April 22nd.
Ozark (Season 4 – Part 2): After premiering in 2017, Ozark will come to a close with its last set of episodes at the end of April.
At the end of the month, seven episodes will be released, with Ruth on the warpath and the cartel’s internal strife coming to a climax. Netflix will release it on April 29th.
Pálpito (First Season): This new Colombian opera tells the story of a guy who must watch his wife die and have her heart taken in order to donate it to another lady. In the realm of organ trafficking, he’s out for vengeance.
Ana Luca Domnguez, Michel Brown, and Sebastián Martinez star. Netflix will release it on April 6th.
Tiger & Bunny (Season 2): The anime series returns for a second season. The release date for Netflix is April 8th.
Casi feliz / Almost Happy (Season 2): The Argentinian comedy series by Sebastián Wainraich and Hernán Guerschuny, which premiered in May 2020, will return for a second season in April 2022. The release date for Netflix is April 13th.
Season 2 of Ultraman: The continuation of Ultraman, which initially premiered in April 2019, will be adapted from the great manga series. The movie will be released on Netflix on April 14th.
