Disney+ President announced interesting movie project with the Russo Brothers

The Russo Bros. have typically created and/or coordinated action-arranged live-action content like Extraction, 21 Bridges, and several Marvel Cinematic Universe titles. Superfudge will mark the primary animated film the sibling couple have developed and delivered together. Presently, they are wrapping up creation and directorial obligations on The Gray Man, starring Captain America: Civil War star Chris Evans. They are also creating the continuation of Extraction with individual Avengers alumni Chris Hemsworth.

Disney has been rapidly ramping up creation on various original movies and television shows for their Disney+ streaming platform. With Superfudge being based on just one of several titles in the same book series, the streamer may decide to adapt future movies or shows based on Blume’s popular series of books. Although it is still too soon to determine what the property’s future with Disney+ will be, it is an encouraging sign that such a high-profile team like the Russo Bros. are collaborating on the current venture.
