A House Of Gucci Prequel Will be Made Including Al Pacino, Confirms Jared Leto

House of Gucci was actually the second venture from Scott this year, and the subsequent one featuring Adam Driver. The pair had recently collaborated on The Last Duel, a film that made headlines when Scott blamed its underperformance on millennials when the medieval epic bombarded. Gucci fared moderately better in the cinematic world, however it didn’t break any records and Leto’s performance was met with blended audits. So the chances of another installment are probably really thin.

As much as Leto may want it, a House of Gucci prequel likely isn’t probable. The fact that he was able to endure the makeup cycle alone shows that Leto was clearly passionate about and dedicated to his job and the undertaking all in all. His having the option to work with a screen symbol he clearly admires more likely than not made the experience that greatly improved. So it’s really nothing unexpected Leto would want that experience to proceed.

On a new episode of The Jess Cagle Show on SiriusXM, Leto was examining the film. Calling Pacino “one of the world’s greatest actors,” Leto shared a tale about their first gathering on set, during which Pacino didn’t perceive the more youthful actor underneath all his makeup. Leto was so enamored with his time working with Pacino that he said he’d very much want to make a prequel to the film to have the option to work with the veteran actor again. Look at Leto’s remarks on working with Pacino and the full meeting here:

On the primary day of set, [Pacino] didn’t realize it was me, and I came dependent upon him and said, you know, “hi.” And he only sort of dismissed me. He thought I was only an Italian fruitcake that was attempting to talk to him or get his autograph or something like that. I come dependent upon him a few times and somebody finally murmured, “That’s Paolo, that’s Jared under there.” And he resembled, “My child, my child,” and he tumbled to the floor. He was recently astounded. Having that happen with one of the world’s greatest actors was a beautiful gift and gave me the faith that assuming Al can trust in this person, then, at that point, we as a whole can. It was an increase in certainty early on, and I adored working with him.
