James Gunn’s new film The Suicide Squad had many astonishing scenes. One of them was Margot Robbie’s character Harley Quinn playing out a surprising stunt using her legs. The director, James Gunn, uncovered that the stunt was truly done by Margot Robbie herself without using a stunt double.
Margot Robbie was seen on Jimmy Kimmel Live last month close by James Gunn and John Cena to discuss likely the craziest stunts in The Suicide Squad. They put a scene in which Robbie’s Harley Quinn kills one of her captors and thereafter uses her bare feet to snatch the keys from his body preceding proceeding to open the handcuffs over her head, also with her feet. Gunn idolized Robbie’s skill to execute an especially inconvenient stunt without assistance from any other individual and said, “[Robbie] takes after a human Swiss army knife… likewise, watching this scene with her flipping backward was essentially past unprecedented.”
Gunn further explained that Margot’s dress campaigned her face in the scene which caused it to seem like it was a stunt double playing out the scenes. He opened up, “Was happy so much that it worked and I was hypnotized by it and a short time later I got into the changing room with the footage and [she] has a sleeve on [her] outfit that covers her face so it takes after it’s a stunt person… It’s my most noteworthy mourn.”
The Suicide Squad is a free sequel to the 2016 film Suicide Squad and the tenth film in the DC Extended Universe (DCEU). The movie was written and directed by James Gunn and stars a gathering cast including Margot Robbie, Idris Elba, John Cena, Joel Kinnaman, Sylvester Stallone, Viola Davis, Jai Courtney, and Peter Capaldi.
