The first full trailer for the looming Chucky TV series has been delivered by SYFY and USA Networks, which hails from series producer Don Mancini and indeed presents the ostensible serial killer doll to undermine a very surprising generation. The trailer was officially given its existence debut as a part of the show’s Comic-Con@Home panel, turning around the 30+ year tale of the Child’s Play franchise and including at no other time seen interviews with Mancini and of the lovely cast members.
In a past meet with EW, Mancini uncovered that the story will twirl around “a 14-year-old gay child who’s bullied and sort of lost after the new death of his mother.” The individual, played by Zackary Arthur, is “an energetic artist making figures with doll parts. He finds Chucky at a yard sale and gets him, anyway coincidentally, he gets impressively more than he expected.”
Chucky’s cast will include various members of the franchise, along with a few freshmen. Alex Vincent will reprise his role as Andy, the first child tormented by the killer puppet in the first Child’s Play film, and Christine Elise will similarly rehash her work as Andy’s energize sister Kyle. Additionally, Brad Dourif will be back in the voice of Chucky, while his young lady, Fiona Dourif, will return by and by as Nica Pierce. Jennifer Tilly will moreover return as Tiffany Valentine, Chucky’s woman.
Despite Arthur, the new cast members for the Chucky series fuse Lexa Doig, Devon Sawa, Barbara Alyn Woods, Teo Brione, Alyvia Alyn Lind, and Björgvin Arnarson. Mancini will make each one out of the ten episodes of Season 1, and is set to organize essentially the first episode, which is named “Death by Misadventure.” Chucky will make a big appearance October 12 on SYFY and USA Network.
