Brittney Spears’ Family & Friends plan Intervention out of concern for Singer’s Well-Being

Britney Spears‘ family and friends are reportedly planning to host an intervention for the singer amid growing concerns for her well-being.

TMZ on Thursday reported that Britney’s husband, Sam Asghari, her manager and doctors made an attempt to convince the pop star to get treatment for two months.

As per the reports, Spears’ close source, who’s in regular contact with the singer expressed serious concerns over her well-being. “I’m afraid she’s gonna die,” as learned by TMZ.

The singer also apparently skipping her medication, that stabilizes her, for a while now. Reports also suggest that she’s been, ‘flying off the handle.’ It was also reported that Sam Asghari’s plan was to take the singer to her manager’s rented house in Los Angeles and convince her there with an interventionist and doctors that she needed help. Pop star’s two sons, Lynne Spears and Jamie Spears were not involved in this as reported by TMZ.

The pop star apparently, sensed this ‘plan’ and for that reason, her family and friends stepped back and scrapped it. Earlier some witnesses at the restaurant, the singer recently visited, told TMZ that she’s “acting manic.”

‘Cancelling intervention may put singer’s life in danger!’

Earlier, sources close to Britney Spears reportedly told, “The intervention was long overdue. She is very much a danger to herself and those around her. It’s a ticking time bomb. Thank god somebody finally took some steps to do something about it.” Another one added, “This is 2008 all over again. There is serious fear she is either going to die or kill someone. She is abusing caffeine, Adderall, and anything she can get her hands on. She is not taking her medication, which is essential to stabilize her mood and is unknowingly trying to self-medicate with other substances, which is exacerbating her mental illness.”

We all know that Britney was placed in conservatorship for 13 years. The conservatorship came to an end in November 2021, major thanks to the #FreeBritney movement. The judge did not order any medical evaluation before approving the termination of the conservatorship even though her condition was monitored regularly by doctors for over 13 years.
