In a brand-new Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves picture, the film’s adventurous group is shown fending against an impending threat. After a very disastrous trilogy that was published from 2000 to 2012, the latest Dungeons & Dragons film is the fantasy tabletop role-playing game’s fourth feature film adaptation. Chris Pine from Star Trek, Michelle Rodriguez from the Fast and Furious series, Regé-Jean Page from Bridgerton, Justice Smith from Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, Sophia Lillis from It, Chloe Coleman from Jason Wong, and Daisy Head all appear in the new film.

The 2023 preview from Entertainment Weekly just included a fresh look at the forthcoming Dungeons & Dragons film. The Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves poster features the main adventuring group from the film, which includes Edgin the Bard played by Pine, Holga the Barbarian played by Rodriguez, Xenk the Paladin played by Page, Simon the Sorcerer played by Smith, and Doric the Druid played by Lillis, standing amidst a heap of bones as they face an unknown threat. What Monsters From D&D Will Show Up in Honor Among Thieves?

The movie Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, which was written and directed by Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley of Game Night, follows this group of odd explorers as they set off on a grand mission to find an antiquated item. The major adversary of the film, Forge Fitzwilliam the Rogue, is portrayed by Hugh Grant, but this group of explorers will probably run across a number of other dangers on their journey. There are now a handful of Dungeons & Dragons monsters that have been confirmed to show up in the next film.

It is fair to infer that the film will feature the titular creatures, three of which were shown in the Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves trailer: the fire-breathing red dragon, the acid-breathing black dragon, and the ice-breathing white dragon. The displacer beast, a huge feline-like monster, and mimic, a shape-shifter that typically assumes the appearance of a treasure box to deceive naïve players, were also shown in the initial film. The Red Wizard of Thay, the movie’s main enemy, and Lillis’ tiefling Druid, Doric, changing into an Owl Bear were both depicted in a more contemporary Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves behind-the-scenes documentary.

Due to the fact that Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves is based in the Forgotten Realms campaign setting, we may have a better idea of the kind of monsters that will appear in the film. Based on the heap of bones underneath them, it appears from the new image that the exploring party will encounter some powerful enemies. The peril that awaits as Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves hits theatres on March 31 of next year won’t be known for some time.
