After experiencing a medical emergency in Santa Paula, California, Sharon Osbourne was admitted to the hospital on Friday night. “Jack Osbourne’s Night of Terror,” a TV special that Osbourne’s son was producing, has been in production. In response to the incident, Jack Osbourne posted a statement to his Instagram story. As of now, it is unknown why Sharon was admitted to the hospital; neither Ozzy nor either of her other two children have made any public remarks about the incident. Jack said he would “leave it to her to share about when she is ready” in his statement from last night.

Jack wrote, “She has been given the all clear from her medical team and is now home. Thank you to everyone who has reached out with love and support. As to what happened to my mum, I’m gonna leave it to her to share about when she is ready.” Don Aguilar, the chief of police in Santa Paula, confirmed the identity of the person engaged in the medical emergency. Around 6:30 p.m., authorities first responded to a medical emergency at the Glen Tavern Inn before transporting Osbourne to a nearby hospital for additional care.

Osbourne, a TV personality and music manager, has three children with her rocker husband of 40 years, Ozzy Osbourne. Due to her increased risk for breast cancer, she disclosed in November 2012 that she had double mastectomy. The Osbournes, the family’s unscripted MTV series, chronicled Osbourne’s health struggle when she underwent colon cancer surgery in 2002.

After 11 seasons as a panellist on the CBS show The Talk, Osbourne left the show in March 2021 after an on-air discussion on racism and numerous charges of making racist remarks. Aimee Osbournn was one of the survivors of a Hollywood recording studio fire in May that also claimed the life of a 26-year-old music producer.
