JYP Entertainment created the South Korean boy band Stray Kids. The organization was established under the same-named survival program.  Changbin, Hyunjin, Bang Chan, Lee Know, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N. are its eight members. Woojin, one of the original nine Stray Kids members, left the group in 2019 for unspecified personal reasons. Stray Kids initially consisted of nine members. They made their formal debut in March with the EP “I Am Not,” which was followed by the two other EPs, “I Am Who” and “I Am You,” before releasing their pre-debut extended play (EP) Mixtape in January 2018. They are Republic Records signees as of February 10, 2022.

The group’s debut studio album, “Go Live,” was released in 2020, and the Korea Music Content Association recognized it as platinum (KMCA). This year, Stray Kids released their first Japanese album, “SKZ2020,” a compilation. Due to their tremendous success, Stray Kids are currently one of the most popular K-pop acts. Millions of copies of their albums have been sold, and they are the second group after BTS to be certified by the KMCA for triple-million album sales. Stray Kids’ Korean and Japanese albums have sold more than 10 million copies combined.
