Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have settled their divorce according to Page Six. After recent accusations surfaced alleging that West had skipped a deposition in their ongoing divorce lawsuit, the announcement of their settlement quickly followed. After almost seven years of marriage, Kim filed for divorce from Kanye in February of last year.

The Kardashians star was pronounced legally single by a judge in March 2022, despite the fact that Kanye discussed his desire to win back his ex-wife in public on numerous occasions. Both Kim and Kanye continued to date other people after their divorce. The settlement proposal states that Kardashian and Ye will equally split the costs of the children’s private security and private education, including college. According to the deal, they will all pay our individual debts. The couple maintained a pre-nuptial agreement and generally kept their property separate.

The rapper will be required to pay his ex-wife USD 200,000 a month in child support for their four children, per the information found in the court documents. Since filing for divorce, the couple has been co-parenting their two children, North Saint Chicago and Psalm. According to the documents, which were also reported by Page Six, Kanye is also liable for 50% of the children’s educational costs, including their tuition and security costs. Property assets were divided in accordance with the prenuptial agreement of the former couple. The ex-couple decided not to pay spousal support.

According to court records, the CEO of Yeezy and the creator of SKIMS will share custody of and have “equal access” to their four children. Although, as West previously acknowledged in September, sources have told TMZ that Kardashian will continue to have the children 80% of the time. In September, West already acknowledged on the Alo Full Mind podcast, he said the following, “She’s still gotta 80 per cent of the time raise those children, so what people saw when I was going back and forth is I have to be able to throw my version of what people would throw to the curriculum because my parents were able to do that to me.”
