Virgin River season 5 has to be one of the most eagerly awaited Netflix programs. Fans of the romantic drama series can’t get enough of the little town with tonnes of drama heading into season 5. The romantic drama series released its critically acclaimed fourth season in July 2022.
The issue of the baby’s paternity hung over Mel and Jack as they navigated the challenging road to parenthood in the fourth season. While this is happening, their plans are continually derailed by Charmaine’s pregnancy with Jack’s twins. To put it simply, chaos ensues! The cast and crew of Virgin River were coming back together to begin shooting the fifth season when the fourth season was released in the summer of 2022. The milestone 50th episode, which marked the halfway point to 100 episodes, was honored during filming.

There is exciting news to share with fans even though Virgin River season 5 won’t be available on Netflix in time for the holidays in 2022. On November 21, the Virgin River Instagram page revealed that the new season’s production has officially come to an end.
It may not be the case, despite some fans’ hopes, that the new season will appear on our watch lists before summer 2023. Virgin River, a Netflix series, can require up to six months of post-production. The fourth season of Virgin River ended around the holidays in 2021 but continued to air until July 2022. There is still some waiting for season 5.
Three more actors have joined Virgin River’s season 5 cast, according to What’s on Netflix. While Netflix hasn’t disclosed any information on Susan Hogan’s, Elise Gatien’s, or Paolo Maiolo’s roles, they will all make their Virgin River debuts in the upcoming season. For these new characters as well as, of course, all of our favorites, we can’t wait to see what lies next.
