In December 2022, Netflix will launch After Ever Happy, the fourth instalment in the teen romance film series After, in the US and other countries. The After films, which are adaptations of Anna Todd’s novels, have received harsh criticism for their subpar scripting and occasionally appalling acting. Despite this, they are lucrative and well-liked across the world. Following the three films that have been released yearly since 2019, a fourth film is scheduled to hit theatres on September 7th, 2022, after having its world premiere in London in August 2022.
Castille Landon hinted that there might be more projects besides a fourth film when he said to Variety in August 2021, “I’m working on some other projects in the “After” universe and I’ll keep that ambiguous.” Since then, a fifth film has been officially announced and is now in production. When and will Netflix release After Ever Happy?
After Ever Happy is distributed over numerous regions, although not simultaneously.
