Ncuti Gatwa, who was most recently revealed as the fourteenth doctor of Doctor Who and is also well-known for playing Otis’ flamboyant homosexual best buddy Eric, has shared some behind-the-scenes shots with the Sex Education cast as well as pictures from the Barbie set. Otis Milburn , whose mother Jean Milburn (Gillian Anderson) is a well-known sex therapist, is the focus of the story in Sex Education. Otis also works with Maeve Wiley to start a sex therapy clinic at his school as a result of his mother’s understanding of sex education. The show has won praise from audiences all around the world for its varied cast and its examination of social themes like sexual assault, gender identity, body image, and abortion, among others.

Gatwa offered adorable shots from the Sex Education and upcoming Barbie sets on his Instagram page, as well as mirror selfies with none other than Jeff Goldblum and Asa Butterfield, Aimee Lou Wood, and Emma Mackey. Even though known people are returning for the critically acclaimed television series’ fourth season, there will undoubtedly be some major changes given that many important characters won’t be.

Along with Tanya Reynolds and Patricia Allison, who played Ola and Lily, the show’s lovebirds, Rakhee Thakrar, who played Emily Sands in the series, left. On the other hand, Simone Ashley is quitting the show because of her obligations to the Netflix historical drama Bridgerton. Otis, Maeve, and Eric, the show’s central trio, will still be present in the fourth season despite the absence of many characters, which will result in a significant change to the plot. However, this season will be set up differently.

After Moordale Secondary School was sold, the remaining students had to transfer to new schools, forcing Otis and Eric to change schools as well. Maeve, who won a spot to study abroad the season before, continues her journey in America. Given that they are physically apart, it will definitely be challenging for her and Otis to continue their recently established friendship. In a previous interview with Digital Spy, Wood, who has played Aimee Gibbs since season 1, stated that there would be a lot of “newness” in the series, not just in the cast members but also in the plot.
