The epic sci-fi series Manifest is among the most engrossing available regarding complicated sci-fi dramas.

The US network NBC originally broadcast the program, however, it was canceled after the third season. Good news has arrived for fans, though, since the fourth and final season has now been released on Netflix. On Friday, November 4, Manifest season four part one debuted on the streaming service, and many are already anticipating part two. Ten episodes make up Part 1, but this one is difficult as we’ve already mentioned. Here is a refresher of how the Manifest S4P1 ending is explained in case you need it.

Briefly stated, the show centers on the passengers of fictional Flight 828, which vanished in 2013 and then reappeared five years later without the passengers being aware of the passage of time. As the passengers return to their regular lives, odd things begin to happen, including “callings,” or visions of the future, and hints about the day they will die.

The Stone family is at the center of the narrative; Michaela, her brother Ben, and his son Cal all travel on the plane, but Ben’s wife Grace and Cal’s twin Olive do not. The show resumes two years later in season four. After Ben successfully retrieves Eden in episode five, Angelina appears to perish in an explosion at her cult compound. Cal’s cancer has returned, and we also learned that he only has a few days remaining, at the same time. A further revelation involving the “calling” death dates is that they truly herald the end of the world. But perhaps there is a way out. The passenger’s disappearances were initially connected to sapphire traces, and in season four, we learn that Omega Sapphires might hold the key to halting both their deaths and the end of the world.

Although they are unaware that Angelina (who is still alive) has already stolen it, the Stone family is seen searching for the last Omega Sapphire in the S4 part 1 finale. Ben takes Eden to Grace’s grave after seeing Grace urge him to bring Eden to her in a vision. As a result of the sapphire’s newfound ability to make phony callings, Angelina is there waiting for him. Eden is then presented with a choice by Ben and Angelina (after Eden spent two years believing Angelina was her mother). Ben is the one Eden decides to go with, and Angelina briefly flees.

At the same time, Olive, TJ, and Zeke devise a strategy to preserve Cal so that he might aid in averting the end of the world. Zeke takes Cal’s cancer and gives it to himself using his empathic abilities, tragically passing away in Cal’s place. After then, Cal and Angelina can face off in a “vision” that is based on the original Flight 828. He appears to take the Omega Sapphire away from her, but in reality, Angelina holds the genuine stone in her palm and it breaks. But in the episode’s final scene, Angelina can be seen strolling while holding a bright piece of sapphire.
