Selena Gomez and Francia Raisa, longtime friends, appear to have had some disagreements. It all began with Selena’s Rolling Stone interview, in which she discussed her relationships with famous people. “I never fit in with a cool group of girls that were celebrities. My only friend in the industry really is Taylor [Swift], so I remember feeling like I didn’t belong, ” Selena told the magazine.

Francia who is an actress, saw this phrase on an Instagram image and promptly removed her comment, but she continued to ignore Selena from the social media platform. Fans who saw Francia’s comment before it was removed from Instagram took a screenshot of it despite the fact that she had deleted it. Selena joined the discussion after @StephWithDaDeets, a TikTok user, shared a video of the incident on her page. She apologised in the comments section of the post for not mentioning everyone she knew.

The drama appeared to finish there, and it’s unknown if Selena and Francia discussed it further in private. The two women have been friends for a very long time, and in 2017 Francia even gave Selena a kidney. Additionally, fans were quick to point out that Francia wasn’t included in Selena’s documentary My Mind & Me, which was released on November 4 and mentioned Francia’s health issues. After Selena and Francia shared a TikTok video together in July, the newest dispute started.

In the middle of her Lupus difficulties, Selena underwent a kidney transplant in secret over the summer of 2017. That September, she went public with the news on Instagram. “There aren’t words to describe how I can possibly thank my beautiful friend Francia Raisa,” she wrote. “She gave me the ultimate gift and sacrifice by donating her kidney to me. I am incredibly blessed. Love you so much sis.”
