In the most recent Knives Out sequel trailer from Netflix, the mystery behind Glass Onion is being revealed.

Benoit Blanc, the lead detective, is once again played by Daniel Craig, who also writes and directs the film. All-star actors Edward Norton, Janelle Monáe, Kathryn Hahn, Leslie Odom Jr., Jessica Henwick, Madelyn Cline, Kate Hudson, and Dave Bautista are among the additions to the series. There will be a murder tonight, therefore I’ve invited you all to my island. According to Norton’s character in the video (below), the second Knives Out installment will feature a different sort of murder case.

“The last one had such an incredible cast, and I wasn’t sure how we could beat it, but we’ve equaled it. In a statement to Netflix’s Tudum, Craig stated, “Just to come on set and produce these movies is a great pleasure. The mystery won’t be what keeps the audience seated, continued Johnson. Always keep in mind that you are producing a movie and that the plot must flow naturally before the riddle can be solved in your head. Making a fantastic tale that seems original, interesting, and emotionally fulfilling at the end is still the difficult part.

On Nov. 23, Netflix released the movie in cinemas for one week. It was shown at all three main chains: AMC Theatres, Cinemark Theatres, and Regal Cinemas. It’s the first time a streaming movie has been offered by all three businesses. Before Dec. 23 Glass Onion will be available on Netflix, and it will be shown in about 600 cinemas overall.

When Lionsgate released the initial Knives Out in 2019, it was a box office success. Two sequels’ rights were acquired by Netflix in 2021 as part of a massive $469 million deal.
