Manifest has returned! And fans were eager for season 4 since, only one day after the new season debuted, the show soared to the top of Netflix’s list of most-watched series. The program is currently ranking higher than other top shows like Love Is Blind, which just released its third season, and the recent dark drama Inside Man, starring Stanley Tucci and David Tennant. Given that Manifest has amassed a devoted following over the years, the show’s ratings are not at all surprising.

The show was previously shown on NBC, however, it was abruptly canceled in June 2021 after its third season. The news upset fans, who had already been watching the past seasons on Netflix until it was revealed that the program will return for a fourth and final season. And even though there was a lot of anticipation for the fourth season, it appears like Manifest met the standards. The first 10 episodes of the second half of the last season have already aired, and the remaining 10 will start airing soon.

PureWow’s Nakeisha Campbell awarded the first half of the series an enthusiastic 5-star rating and stated, “Naturally, I zipped through the episodes with my hopes high and my mouth agape—thanks to the mounting tension.”

The capacity to blend the supernatural and the odd with profoundly human themes, such as grief and loss, and redemption, hasn’t been lost, according to Campbell. By unveiling twist after jaw-dropping twist while giving just enough indications to keep viewers wondering, it cleverly capitalizes on a strategy that has always worked. We’ll be interested to see if this season of Manifest can compete with Netflix’s biggest launches while new viewers are also likely to be drawn in while watching the show.
