After the charges of abuse against Angelina Jolie surfaced, has Brad Pitt’s reputation changed? One of Hollywood’s most well-known incidents from the past year included Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. Support for the Pirates of the Caribbean actor has changed.

Prior to this, though, Depp’s reputation was damaged when abuse claims against him were made public. Not only that, but he also played Captain Jack Sparrow in movies, among other roles. After recent allegations of him grabbing Angelina by the head, choking one of their children, and much more, one cannot help but worry whether it will be the same with Brad. Despite the fact that these accusations are not new, they have gained additional notoriety, particularly in light of the Johnny Depp and Amber Heard controversy. People have compared the two and even written hateful messages about Angelina Jolie. Even if the actress receives the same care as Amber, may Brad Pitt experience what Depp did?

After the Angelina Jolie allegations surfaced, a new survey from The Hollywood Reporter and Morning Consult revealed how much of a bankable actor Brad Pitt is now. The study, conducted around the middle of October, included 2,211 US adults as sample respondents. It seems that Pitt’s reputation was unaffected by the accusations against him. However, after respondents were made aware of the assertions, there was a modest shift in viewpoint. First asked what they thought of the Fight Club actor, 70% responded “extremely favorable” or “very favorable.” When asked again after being informed of Jolie’s abuse claims against Pitt, the percentage fell to 65 percent.

Compared to 56 percent of males, just 49 percent of women expressed “somewhat” or “extremely” interest in seeing a Brad Pitt-starring movie. Age-wise, 66 percent of those between the ages of 35 and 44 said “somewhat” or “very” interested in watching a movie starring the actor, compared to 54 percent of those between the ages of 18 and 34 and 50 percent of those between the ages of 45 and 64.
