In addition to the release of her much-awaited sophomore album, Cardi B appears to have big plans. On Saturday (Oct. 30), the Invasion Of Privacy artist admitted she’s thinking about growing her family a third time after posting fresh images of her one-year-old son, Wave.

I am eager to have my third child and finish the business, Cardi tweeted.

In July 2018, the Grammy winner and her spouse Offset welcomed their first child, Kulture. Three years later, in September 2021, the wave arrived. Cardi has previously raved over Offset’s three children from prior relationships: Jordan, Kody, and Kalea. “I first encountered his children when we married. They truly do adore me, just as I’ve always hoped they would. That is what they say. I feel it, and I hope that we always have a good relationship,” the Bronx native told ESSENCE.

Later, she talked about how her husband of five years had allayed her worries about carrying Kulture and juggling being at the top of her game. “Trust me, he kept saying. Everything will be OK. You’re enormous. You are beloved by everybody. The public will comprehend.”

The rapper with a diamond certification expressed her hopes for the bond between her young children when she announced she was expecting Wave. I just know that these two will love and fight a lot, like me and Henny, as they are three years apart. They will stand up for one other as no one else ever would, that much is certain.

Despite the lack of information on her upcoming album, Cardi has acknowledged she wants to “stomp” this time around.
