The movie also features the return of Ben Affleck and Michael Keaton as their various variations of Batman in addition to Miller and the different version of the Flash they will play.

Affleck hasn’t appeared in the Batsuit since 2017’s Justice League, despite Zack Snyder’s Justice League, which debuted on HBO Max in 2021, used finished material from the first film. But Keaton’s final performance as Bruce Wayne was in Batman Returns, the 1992 sequel to the character’s 1989 redefinition. Keaton responded when asked why he made the decision to come back, “What it would be like after all these years intrigued me. I wasn’t so much doing it as I was just fascinated about it, strangely, socially. Of course, some of that was me. This entire situation is enormous.”
Despite all that the movie has to offer, Ezra Miller and their future with the DCEU dominated discussions about The Flash. The actor has been at the centre of several court disputes over the past two years, including ones involving harassment, assault, and grooming. There have been rumours that Warner Bros. has considered cancelling The Flash outright as a final resort. Miller was apparently forced to acknowledge wrongdoing and seek assistance for their behaviour by the possibility of losing the movie.
On June 23, 2023, The Flash is slated to fly into theatres.
