nVent Electric plc (“nVent”), a worldwide innovator in electrical connection and protection solutions, today reported it has finished the recently declared acquisition of CIS Global, a main provider of intelligent rack power distribution and server slides products. CIS Global was procured at a money purchase cost of around $200 million, subject to customary adjustments, and had more than $80 million in sales in 2020.
