The FBI has launched an investigation into allegations of sexual assault against Tal, Alon, and Oren Alexander, well-known figures in the luxury real estate sector in New York and Miami. According to reports from The Wall Street Journal, the investigation is examining accusations that span over two decades, encompassing incidents allegedly occurring since the brothers’ high school years.

Multiple women have come forward to speak with FBI agents in recent weeks, detailing their accusations against the Alexanders. These allegations have also surfaced in civil lawsuits filed under New York’s Adult Survivor’s Act, which allows individuals to pursue legal action for sexual assault even after the statute of limitations has expired. One such lawsuit filed in June by a woman named Angelica Parker claims that Tal and Alon Alexander raped her at a Manhattan apartment in 2012, with Oren Alexander allegedly present.

In March, two other women filed lawsuits accusing Alon and Oren Alexander of rape, further intensifying the legal scrutiny on the brothers. Evan Torgan, representing the plaintiffs in the March lawsuit, disclosed that numerous other women approached him with similar allegations after the lawsuit was filed, indicating a pattern of accusations against the Alexanders.

The attorneys for the Alexander brothers have vehemently denied all allegations of sexual assault. In response to inquiries from media outlets, the Alexanders’ legal representatives expressed surprise at the FBI inquiry, stating they were unaware of any basis for such an investigation. They have maintained their clients’ innocence, asserting that the accusations are unfounded.

Despite the serious nature of the allegations and the ongoing legal proceedings, the FBI has neither confirmed nor denied the existence of the investigation publicly. This has left the situation in a legally sensitive and publicly scrutinized state, impacting the reputations and careers of the Alexander brothers, who are prominent figures in the real estate industry.

Oren and Tal Alexander, in particular, have been involved in some of the most high-profile real estate transactions in the United States, including the record-setting sale of a $240 million New York apartment to Ken Griffin. They are also co-founders of the luxury real estate brokerage Official. Alon Alexander, on the other hand, serves as an executive in his family’s private security firm, Kent Security.

As the investigation unfolds and legal proceedings continue, the Alexander brothers face a challenging road ahead, navigating both the legal complexities of the accusations and the potential impact on their professional reputations in the real estate industry. The outcome of these investigations will likely be closely monitored by the public and the real estate community alike, reflecting broader concerns about accountability and justice in cases of alleged sexual assault involving high-profile individuals.
