One of America’s prominent evangelical groups, Faith & Freedom, is allocating $62 million towards supporting the election of former President Donald Trump. This substantial investment will be directed towards voter registration and turnout efforts, as well as extensive door-to-door canvassing, with a particular focus on battleground states.

Led by Ralph Reed, Faith & Freedom plans to distribute 30 million pieces of literature across 125,000 churches, aiming to engage evangelical voters. Reed emphasized the significance of such efforts, particularly in light of the financial advantage typically enjoyed by opposing political factions.

The organization intends to deploy approximately 10,000 individuals to mobilize newly-registered evangelical voters and encourage turnout among those identified as low-propensity voters. Reed highlighted Trump’s strong pro-life stance during his presidency, which has garnered significant support from the evangelical community, strengthening their commitment to his candidacy.

During his recent address to the National Religious Broadcasters Convention, former President Donald Trump issued a warning about what he described as a “radical left, corrupt political class” that he believes is hostile to Christianity. Trump urged Christians to actively engage in the political arena, asserting that liberals oppose Christianity because they recognize that believers’ allegiance lies with their country and their Creator, rather than with political figures.

Trump also made a firm pledge to protect the symbol of Christianity, stating, “No one will be touching the cross of Christ under the Trump administration.” This declaration underscores his commitment to defending religious freedoms and values during his time in office.
