Frasier season 2 has been confirmed to return on Paramount+

The revival, which debuted in October 2023 and was overseen by showrunners Joe Cristalli and Chris Harris, centers on Grammer's titular character soon after his father passes away and a long-term romance comes to an end.

In order to reunite with his son Frederick (Jack Cutmore-Scott), who is currently a firefighter, he goes back to Boston.

Together with Peri Gilpin as Roz and Bebe Neuwirth as Lilith in supporting roles, the cast also includes Toks Olagundoye, Jess Salgueiro, Anders Keith, and Nicholas Lyndhurst.

Grammer said, "Frasier is a love story, and I am very happy we will be allowed to continue it. I’m delighted that our partners at CBS Studios and Paramount+ are on board for another season, and I can’t wait for the fans to see what we have in store "

The title character of Frasier struggles through his first Christmas without his deceased father, Martin, in the first season finale.

Frasier's nostalgia and sense of loss are heightened by going through Martin's old possessions, which doesn't help.

Frasier and Freddy resolve to throw a last-minute Christmas party in an attempt to lighten the atmosphere.

Another trick up his sleeve that Freddy hopes would cheer up his father is a visit from Roz.

Roz is better equipped than others to comprehend Frasier's feelings of loss because she had a close relationship with Martin. She makes a fleeting cameo, but it does something to cheer up the main character.
